Haywards Paper Power

I've been in this store before on visits to Devonport, and have encountered zero customer service each time. Most recent visit confirmed my experience of a lack of interest in customer care or interest or even a acknowledgment of my existence. I bought a child's magazine for a child who was excited to chose for themselves. Magazine chosen wasn't in the best condition from being handled by many people on a display stand, but small customer was happy with their choice. I cheerily asked if there's be a possible discount for the rips and crinkles. I may as well have talked to the wall :(Yes, I had a choice to purchase something in this store.But, definitely it will be the last visit for me.

The man in the shop will put his tables outside the stores next to him and refuses to move them and claims he owns the bloody world.

Don’t expect a friendly gesture. The man will read his paper until he has to serve you
