ACC call centre is way more helpful and caring then case managers. Rochelle Spence is not a good case manager at all she in not helpful in any way and doesn’t explain herself properly and her Communication skills are really bad first time being on acc and never again

Would give a negative 5 stars if I could! This office needs to be Under investigation for lack of human rights. Never fully informed and no clear communication from anyone at this office!
