Run down. Uninterested staff. Locks with no indication even if you know the numbers to enter. Waiting more than 10 minuets for a clue. Clues given were wrong eg blue was green. Very disheartened after that experience for $70. Find a different please to do the escape room. They can be fantastic

Booking was a little difficult as I had to book two separate ways to get two rooms booked for the same time.Place was clean, staff were good, we enjoyed it. Rooms were a little lacking. Not as exciting or intricate as another I have done. Overall was okay, I took 11 staff on a work trip and we had fun.

I was really disappointed with the room I did at Breakout. I have done a lot of escape rooms and this was by far my least favourite.It didn't get off to a great start when staff mistakenly left a padlock in the room unlocked. The room lacked creativity and the puzzles I have come to expect from escape rooms. This room was just full of padlocks to unlock, which was tedious. I also didn't like that the room didn't flow. Each padlock that was opened felt like it led to a dead end, so you always felt like you were back at square one. There was also some very specific prior knowledge you would need to solve one of the stages of the room without a hint. There was no clue in the room to help with this. And the final stage of the room could only be solved by trial and error. I would have liked to see a cryptic clue or something to solve that rather than playing a guessing game.Unfortunately I can't think of anything positive to say about the room and in my opinion, it needs a lot of work to bring it up to scratch. It felt like it was thrown together to cash in on the popularity of escape rooms.

Had a fab time trying to breakout of the Vacancy room, but alas not quite (this time!!) We will absolutely be back to try again, the way the rooms were set out was fabulous a real feel to it, and the puzzles were well thought out and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend to anyone to do for a fun day out with family and friends.

We did the Vacancy room and the set up was brilliantly made and the puzzles were refreshingly different from other Escape Room styles. Really enjoyed it. Would have done another one right after but they were fully booked. Highly recommend to fellow escape room lovers!

Good customer service, first room (labs) didn't function as intended, so after we finished the first one, they kindly offered a second room to try and escape which was more enjoyable than the first.

First impression was horrible we had booked at 1:30 at Cursed Carnival" but we didn't get the room we wanted they said it was a first come first serve even though we were here first a group just walked in and we didn't get out room until 1:50

We had a wonderful time here today! We were a team of 4 adults, 2 of which had done half a dozen escape rooms prior, and the other 2 this was their number 3 & 4.We booked for the Cursed Carnival" room

Upon arrival at the escape room venue, we were met with some confusion as the staff seemed to think we had cancelled our reservation, despite having paid online already and were confused. Apart from this, they allowed us to proceed with the room. As we delved into the puzzles, we noticed that the room was uncomfortably warm due to a faulty fan, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, we encountered some broken props that were necessary for puzzle-solving. When requesting assistance in the form of clues, we were disappointed to receive help with puzzles that we had already solved. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to complete the escape room within the allotted time frame due to these technical issues. In our frustration, we requested a refund, but were met with dismissive laughter from the staff. Overall, while the concept of the escape room was promising, the lack of attention to technical details and unsatisfactory customer service left much to be desired.
