Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable to help me choose the right bike for my wife. It was also very helpful being able to test the bikes on his quiet country road which included a slight slope and the option of a steeper hill. For a first timer on an electric bike this gave me a better idea of how these bikes work and the difference between rear and centre hub drives. Highly recommend him and the MeloYelo bikes for your next purchase.

Dave was extremely helpful with all aspects of the purchase of my Meloyelo bike. He allowed me time on different bikes and different setups on the bikes. He answered all questions my husband and I asked showing his in-depth knowledge. Just love my e bike probably clocked up under 100 km relatively less for the time I have had it cos my wife still works and she wants to be with me when we ride...just a safety matter. But hey we have a 2 week holiday over the festive season and we have more biking planned for the Hawkes Bay and East Coast areas.Let's MeloYeli on...yeeee haaa

After attending a PCC initiative of Ebike's I was sold. Dave Rumsey of Velocity was in attendance and it was Dave's enthusiasm that sold me on an Ebike. I found David to be an exceptional “people person”. He was very easy to talk to, explained all about e-bikes to a first time user with a practical and easy manner. It was obvious that his technical knowledge was extensive which gave me confidence and made it an easy decision to buy. David’s customer service was excellent from the moment I met him til when he delivered my bike the next day. I will highly recommend him to any of my friends interested in purchasing a Meloyelo ebike.

Dave was really friendly and helpful. There were a couple of suitable bikes for me to look at as I needed a low step through due to health reasons and he explained fully the different properties and additional options available. His property is on a great stretch of road which allowed for a decent trial ride and a chance to go through the gears and speeds. I chose the wider upright handlebars and the full suspension seat which I am glad I did. The hardest decision was choosing the colour, green or blue, I opted for the blue! Have had a couple of rides with my partner along the highway trails between Peka Peka and Paekakariki and thoroughly enjoyed it and he is also looking at getting an ebike when the larger ones comes into the country. Great decision, looking forward to getting out and exploring all the trails.
