The Brac & Bow is a great place to grab a bite to eat with friends or family. The service is incredibly fast, so you won't have to wait long to get your food. The decor is cozy and inviting, with a rustic vibe that's perfect for a casual dining experience. The menu is full of delicious options, including both classic and creative dishes that are sure to satisfy any palate. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty meal or a light snack, the Brac & Bow has something for everyone. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

Absolutely 10 out of 10. Service, food and wine was excellent. Very knowledgeable on the superb wine list. Not a long wait for the meals and no pressure to get through the menu. Can highly recommend the duck. Wow.Will be back.

If you're looking for a relaxed delicious Sunday morning brunch then Brac & Bow is the perfect destination. The breakfast is fantastic, service awesome, and atmosphere vibrant. Good coffee, although it was a bit tepid for me but perfect temperature for my wife and daughter. Not a criticism ... just an observation.

Stopped by for some quick meals, had an amazing burger and some beer. Staff super friendly. The restaurant and hotel have been around for a while and still keep the heritage aspects.

This place is an absolute gem!!!Visited for Brunch on the weekend & wished we'd known about it sooner.Exquisite decor, Food was beautifully plated & tasted divine. The real jewel here however, is their staff, IMPECCABLE service from beginning to end... true hospitality at its finest! Visited Sunday 11th of December, all staff were very attentive... Our main service was from the only woman front of house and based on her incredibly high standard of service we will most definitely be back.

Booked birthday celebration lunch for 8. Table set for 6. Felt like we were the mistaken ones. 2 very different personalities behind the bar. Lovely very welcoming gentleman with a smile but not so welcoming woman with very intimidating impatient demeanour. Gave the impression we were on a school trip. We’re in our 70’s and 60’s.Drink not delivered when told it would be x3.Meals were perfectly prepared and presented. All 8 guests very impressed by their quality. Steaks were melt in mouth and tasty, burgers were devoured with gusto, beef cheek was rich with flavour and the chowder was perfect.Birthday cake had been bought down earlier as a surprise and delivered to kitchen. The cake was bought out with candles etc at the appropriate time all cut into 8 pieces , presented on plates with raspberries (5) raspberry compote and ice cream. (Tsp)Very impressed. Very surprised as the additions were NOT asked for. We thought, what a lovely touch. The shock came when paying. An extra $5.00 per person for the cake. That’s $40 on top of what the Countdown cake was worth. When questioned , the woman behind the bar questioned the gentleman on whether he had explained the additions to the cake. He answered yes. There must have been a miscommunication. All we wanted was the cake to be bought out with the candles we had supplied and that weren’t used, without any additions. So be aware.More heating is needed and more staff on the busy days.If you’re wanting a lovely mouth watering meal, then yes this is worth it.If you’re wanting a personal friendly service included, then keep on driving.

Excellent in all respects. The duck and beef cheeks were excellent. The fries are also worth ordering.

Five spice burger was ok. Chicken not duck. Expensive. Only a few fries. Coffee not hot - and over $7. Seats comfortable. Staff not overly welcoming. Edited to respond to owner comment: we visited in January. We were told it was chicken by the staff member?

Love the decor and love the food! A gorgeous piano and chandeliers, with gorgeous velvet chairs, a fireplace for colder wintry evenings/days.We started by sharing the Calamari Popcorn, delicious crunchy and subtle flavored crumbed tender calamari. Followed this with the 200g sirloin steak, deliciously juicy, tender and beautifully cooked! While my friend had the French toast which she said was something she would happily have every breakfast (it's on their lunch menu), the caramelized peaches were large and tasty. We ended by each having an Apple Pie (it was a bit of a struggle as we were quite full lol). The apple pie filling had actual apple slices! The cinnamon swirled icecream on top was the perfect touch! The staff were helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend, but be aware go for an early lunch as they close at 2pm or go for dinner, or maybe both!!
