Unprofessional, my job got passed around to more than one person. Keeping in mind the holiday season, and everyone deserves a break from work. After numerous visits still no one got back to me and they didn't even have my quote on file. The person who wrote the quote walked into my house with his shoes on, no respect. Left to feel stereotyped and judged based on the income of the area where my rental property was. After getting a final cost over the phone that had sky rocketed all of a sudden by several thousands, no explanation was made. Absolutely disgusted, do not recommend at all.

Christine Jack is a fantastic customer service person, professional, responsive and practical with her suggestions and comms - despite the billion emails I sent her and times i changed my mind.The installers are next level professionals and experts in their trade. Both the carpet and vinyl layers called me before entering my home and completed their installs well within the time frame indicated. I know there might be cheaper deals but after this result and service, I'd never go anywhere else. You will not be disappointed and I was on a budget that was kept within.Super satisfied grateful customer!!
