A shame the young girl with glasses does not work here anymore. Wait time can be a while on busy days. Wish there was seating for people waiting. Other staff are doing their best.

Great customer service. Friendly and helpful. Got my questions answered and help sorted. Great selection and prices are fair. Their mobile plans are fantastic!

Such a poor customer service, the guy felt himself a superior, pointing finger and talking rubbish to a customer. 30th march 12: 50/56. Check the CCTV. he was a resist for a international student As a honest review, that guy is not a good asset for the company.Though the guy with tattoo is always super polite to me every time i go there.

Would give less if I could. 2degrees decided to change the date of my direct debit from start of the month to end of the month. Went into the shop in Rotorua to try and resolve this as the call centre is Impossible to contact. Rudest lack of service ever. I have now changed providers. Mobile coverage has gone downhill as well.They used to be good but not anymore.Would not recommend this company.

Appalling service , Zero communication when trying to resolve issues , long wait times both in store and via the call centre , staff lack knowledge, experience and customer service in general. Never answer the phone , call centre / customer care are equally as incompetent. Unbelievable will be changing service providers.

I went into the store today to upgrade my phone, the first time I entered it was busy both workers were serving customers and there were a few standing around I wonder off for 20 minutes I come back one worker there and I was next in line, so decided to wait, happy I was next in line only for the worker to walk right past me and serve a guy who had just walked in the store, now I understand clients come and go to get updated and if that was the case he could of made mention to myself and one other waiting but No.I will now take my business to Hamilton.

Been to mall store many times no communication rude staff and I am no longer with them have been trying to cancel my non existing account but can not talk to a staff member or get any help through call center. So if you need a mobile try skinny or spark or Vodafone Don't waste yours or your work or family time dealing with this lot!!
