My husband was so excited to try this burger place as locals in NZ raved on about it. So we got the chance when we were in Rotorua.The girl that was serving us was very polite and patient, as we were one of those annoying tourists that took forever to decide. She even took the time to explain the burgers to us.We ate in and the burgers came promptly. They looked promising, and we were eager to bite into them.For me, the burgers were way too greasy. I wanted to love them as they're local to NZ, but I honestly couldn't get through my burger. My husband enjoyed his burger, so to be fair we scored it a 3. I'm proud I gave it a go!

I absolutely love their burgers so I hounded my son to take me out for lunch and to no surprise Burger Fuel fairy springs delivered!Delicious food, lovely staff paired with a clean store!

Pretty good. Excellent service. Burgers large but messy. Didn't have the holders like other outlets do. On the whole tasty. Wife's faverate eating place.

Lovely lady served us (she had glasses, and i think she was a trainee)-amazing customer service, and efficient! One thing I want to note is the manager being stern with the lady that was serving us. I understand if she was training, but think it's not best to do this in front of customers-can make your staff feel incompetent, and customers not trusting what this employee is doing. Thankfully in this case our server was more than capable!
