Even though we rang unision at 8 am unision never turned up till 2pm. We had no water and needed to find out if it was caused by a pole fuse blowing or our pump burning out. We live rurally and pump our own water. Because of unision late arrival there was no time to install a replacenent 3 phase pump so a temporary arrangement was made. However this means the water has dirt in it and is only good for flushing toilets. All because of a power surge the night before at midnight this blew out our water pump motor . Now we have a three day long weekend with no drinking water, can't do washing ,dishes and having to shower in dirty water . All because they can't respond promptly.Probably have to find somewhere else to stay for the weekend. So frustrating.

I was working there as a contractor, but I'm sure if you where a customer there professional attitude would make you feel appreciated
