Michael Hill at Bayfair is a lovely store- full of beautiful jewellery but their greatest asset is their staff. So welcoming and helpful; nothing is too much trouble for them when making sure customers get exactly what they want

Disappointed to say the least, went to get my wife's engagement ring resized, suppose to be down one size from M to L. Got it back to discover was so small it didn't fit, found out the jeweller read the L as a I (4 sizes smaller, even though the request form said l for love"
