Absolutely so happy with my purchase, Absolutely love my vehicle, my sales agent Simon was Absolutely amazing, friendly, easy to deal with and got everything I needed for my 2023 gwm cannon lux 4x4. It's such a wonderful vehicle and tows well. I've taken it offroad and it takes it in all in its stride. Highly recommended. Can't wait to get my bullbar on and rear bar.

My husband and myself went in to look at second hand cars. Jake approached us and listened to what we were looking for. He suggested rather than second hand we look at the new Haval H6 which we did. Surprisingly the cost was comparable with a second hand vehicle and we would get new. Jake advised us to go away, read reviews and if we were happy, to come back for a test drive, there was no pressure whatsoever. We did this and went back the next day. We absolutely loved the test drive and decided we would buy the H6. He advised us that they had preregistered ones before the end of June therefore we would get the government rebates (yay). We were ultra excited as this was our first brand new vehicle. We got the colour we wanted and a tow bar which was effortlessly fitted. All the time through things Jake asked if we were happy with it, any questions, just absolutely kind and obliging.When we went back to pick it up, the joy of walking into a showroom and seeing a beautiful black vehicle with a gorgeous red bow on it just made me smile so much. The little details help make the journey even better.Jake sat with us and showed us all the technology side of how things worked and ensured we were happy before we drove off.We had a beautiful cruisy ride back to Dunedin in our new Haval and the more we drove the more we loved it.Biggest regret is I would like to buy a smaller one for me lol, should we get in that position, we would go back and buy it off Jake in a heartbeat.He has offered that we can ring anytime if we have queries (which we did) and a coffee next time we are in Christchurch.Thanks Jake we really owe you one.Lynne and Des

In February last year, we purchased a brand-new electric car from Euromarque/Cockram MG that came with rattling and cracking noises in the salon. We also noticed an unusual smell in the car's interior that we thought would disappear. However, it still persists every morning after being parked in the garage overnight and especially in summer.So, early in March 2022, I emailed the sales team a letter describing the issue but couldn't take the car to them in March due to my family member's illness and also hoping that the issue would go away. My husband and I brought the car to Euromarque service facilities in November 2022 as we had been experiencing several issues with the new car, including a noisy salon, which I had previously mentioned to the sales team.We requested a replacement of the car immediately as it was too soon for a new car to have multiple issues and require repairs. Unfortunately, the Euromarque service operations manager declined to provide a refund or a replacement for the car. John wants to solve the problems, and we agreed that the service team would fix everything. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, the desired outcome was not achieved.According to the service team's emails and intention to conceal repair details, the issue appears significant and unlikely to be resolved permanently. It's very concerning that we're being compelled to seek Euromarque repair services every 1-6 months to address recurring and fresh issues with the car we purchased from the company as an authorised dealer. The EV deal has been promoted and advertised on their website as a piece of mind which is obviously not.According to the Law, goods must be of acceptable quality. This includes the absence of minor defects, which Euromarque and the electric car they sold clearly did not have. That being said, the consumer has every right to ask to fix the problem.Because Euromarque could not resolve the multiple minor and significant issues after several attempts, it has the right to refuse the vehicle and request a refund or replacement.On June 28th, I informed the brand manager of car issues, including new and existing problems that need urgent repairs to ensure safe driving. It has been over a week since any support has been provided.Therefore, I must bring to your attention some severe issues as follows:• Oftentimes, the car doesn't start. I must press the Start/Stop Switch repeatedly, sometimes for 10 -15 minutes.• On the screen, the car shows a green ready light, but it's not moving.• Occasionally, yellow warnings regarding the high-voltage battery pack appear on the instrument screen.• The infotainment system screen is completely malfunctioning. It’s swished off in the middle of reversing or from the start or during any time of driving or reversing the car.• The infotainment system has been constantly restarting in an effort to work correctly again, but unfortunately, it still keeps failing several times a day.• If the system screen goes black or becomes unresponsive, we cannot perform essential functions such as changing radio channels or adjusting air conditioning settings, including defrost/demist control. This can be particularly hazardous in winter weather conditions.• Interacting with the Radio and Bluetooth while driving. As drivers, it's a significant safety concern for my family and me that we cannot make or receive hands-free calls without risking distractions.Yesterday, I sent an email to the brand manager requesting the arrangement of a service representative to collect the car with issues from our residence today.I am still waiting for the response today and hoping to reach a mutually beneficial agreement to avoid potential legal proceedings.Additionally, the vehicle comes with a warranty lasting under 7 years. So, we would like a refund or replacement in 7-10 days.Can't send videos here. But I have a photo of the black screen when reversing. I'll keep you posted.
