I chose Sam/ Arete to conceptualise and plan the layout and design for The Oatery shop + kitchen in central Wellington. Sam is an innovative and talented architect who understood the importance of functionality alongside modern design. Sam has a wide knowledge on building materials and was able to direct me to cost effective and appropriate solutions.Having never done anything like this before, Sam was such a huge support and there to help every step of the way - his knowledge of council processes and requirements for commercial builds were invaluable during this time and ensured a streamlined council approval process.I really enjoyed working with Sam and felt supported throughout the build.
