LockPro came out to renew some faulty locks on my rental in Kerikeri, Shane was very knowledgeable about all the mismatched existing doorlocks but promptly replaced the internals and matched all the keys for ease. Cant fault the service would highly recommend.

Bad experience with this service These guys charged me 120 just for coming 25 km and the lock they replaced on damaged lock charged me 135, without proved what it's cost, they have to asked first with the options we have these locks with the cost if I am happy I can get it otherwise I don't, I just believed on their job whatever he do its good but its not good really disappointed with service after paid 362.

We called Lockpro for an urgent repair on a display cabinet in our store and they responded very quickly and efficiently repairing the lock and refitting it overnight. Will definitely be using them again.
