Great, friendly and prompt service. Had an issue with my inflatable spa and struggled to get other spa businesses to help, spoke to Richard and he came out that same day and figured out what the issue was. Would recommend them again, and will be using them for future supplies and service.

We ordered a two person Balboa as soon as they were offered ( mid August) and took delivery 1st Nov We are very happy with the spa and especially with the after sales service from Richard.
