The team at Premier Osteo are fantastic! They are professional, efficient, very caring and friendly! In particular, Caroline Barker- my Osteo and Tonia Peachey my Functional Medicine Practitioner are amazing, so knowledgeable and are so caring. It is the first time that I feel someone has listened, understood and given me a plan of action to improve my health issues. To say that I’m so delighted that I found both Caroline and Tonia is a huge understatement. I look forward to seeing them each time as I know I feel so much better after treatment and with both of them I know I can trust them. I am seeing improvements already! Holly at Premier Osteo is fantastic. She is very skilled and recently helped me work through a back injury. I went from being limited in movement to back working out like normal in a matter of months. From the moment I walk in I feel at ease and she always considers my overall health. I visited Anna at premier osteo right throughout my pregnancy. She helped me get through the uncomfortable months and prepare me for the birth of my 4th baby! I’m now 4 months PP, and have been dealing with back pain. Anna referred me for an ultrasound and I have muscle separation in my abdomen. She has given me exercises and a treatment plan. I feel reassured when I visit Anna, and know that she genuinely cares for her patients. I wish I knew about visiting an osteo with my first 3 pregnancies!! Life changing. Thanks Anna! I have recently been seeing Holly at Premier Osteo to help treat a back injury that has been lingering for a while. The treatment I have had has been amazing. Holly is extremely professional and trustworthy and communicates extremely well to ensure that you understand what is going on and why. I would 100% recommend Holly and this practice to anyone looking for an Osteo!

I've been seeing Anna regularly for five months and look forward to my sessions with her, not just because I leave feeling physically better, but calmer and wiser too. She is awesome.Recently I've seen Holly for an injury. She was a miracle-worker. I had an issue with my hip/back and was in so much pain movement was hard. Holly has been fantastic with working out what the actual issue was and treating accordingly. She explained everything so that I could understand and gave me detailed instructions so that I can carry on at home. I noticed a difference fairly quickly. I made the effort to take on board everything that was suggested to me. I really can’t thank Holly enough for all her help and support. The team is amazing thank you.

I had my first apt at an Osteo this morning, wow what an amazing experience. They get to the core of the issue not just treating what is sore. I highly recommend trying Premier Osteo if you haven’t tried before. Call Trudy and she will get you booked in, she is so kind and friendly. Caroline was incredible, she immediately identified the trouble area that was causing the pain in a different part of my body.
