Busy weekend and there's just one person on. 7 people waiting, some guy conducting the business of a small nstional economy, took 42 minutes to be served. 3 stars because the service was good when it happened and I've also been there when it's been much quicker. Not bad but plan your visit.

Simple and smooth transaction, very impressed. Researched 5 other rates and this place matched the banks. Placed order online, received an email within 10 minutes saying money was ready for collection. Friendly sales team on collection and good location being within the mall. Would use again.

If I could give a 0 review I would. Honestly, terrible that you have no phone so people can call prior to going in. Also, too loud in mall near food court and you can not hear the person through the glass. Esp when they don't speak in to it when they turn their heads.

Excellent, good service, great rates. Only issue was the little speaker they use to communicate with isn't the best, though it might help if the staff used a headset instead of a standard mic as I don't think the staff member realised how much not talking directly into it affected the sound. Staff were very friendly and accommodating however I will return when I require these services again.

I travel to Singapore often. I always change my kiwi dollars to singapore dollars in Singapore not here in New Zealand. The exchange rates you get at the CBD money changers in Singapore are so much better than any local bank or currency changers here in New Zealand. Offering 0% commission and best exchange rates are just marketing hypes. My advice, change most of what you require overseas, not in New Zealand.

Went there on a Sunday and got an evil look from the rude lady serving me when asking about how to send money through Western Union. Not very good customer service. It's like she didn't want to be there.
