Amazing refresher course! Carolien is clearly very passionate about what she does and has great firsthand experience to offer loads of examples of different scenarios. She makes the course very relatable and is hands down the best course facilitator I’ve ever had. She has genuinely made me feel like I actually need to carry a first aid kit around with me and that I’ll actually be able to carry out any first aid required if I ever come across it. She’s great at offering extra handy little tips too!
