Dean was amazing to deal with. He supported us totally in organising what we wanted .He was professional supportive and full of great ideas. We were very impressed by venue and support staff. Food / catering was lovely.

Thank you for accommodating our recent workplace meeting in your 'Magnolia Room' . The setting and location of your premises are fabulous, and the spacious room very much exceeded our expectations. We were made to feel very welcome, and the first class kitchen facilities available to us enabled our meeting to be fully catered for. Highly recommended.

Lily organised a private service for my husband at the funeral home and from our first meeting I felt very comforted by her warm demeanor. She listened and acted on our requests and answered our questions with compassion. Thank you Lily for guiding us through this sad time.

Dean is the most gentle, caring and compassionate gentleman, he met my darling husband prior to his passing which to me was so special.Dean looked after my son and myself with a peace and gentleness which helped us cope to make our decisions to ensure the celebration of my darling husbands life was perfect.Before, during and after the service Dean spoke with us to ensure we were comfortable and aware of the proceedings.The Magnolia room feels warm and comfortable, there is also a private room where we were able to compose ourselves, we were so thankful to have a space to ourselves for a few moments.Besoul Funerals is very special and for the saddest time of our lives we were so grateful to have chosen Dean to look after us.

The Langdon family and relatives would like to extend their thanks to besoul. Our dear wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend had talked about what she wanted for her final farewell, and her wishes, as well as those of her husband, daughter and son, were all integral to the day.Due to the climate of the day there were some challenges, however Dean rose to the occasion for each one. Helen died on Saturday and the funeral was held 3 days later and it was exactly how Helen wanted it. She had previously attended a funeral at besoul, and when she found out about her terminal diagnosis, she asked the family to ensure Dean organised her funeral. She knew he would give her the funeral she wanted, and he did. Having the zoom connection to the relatives and friends overseas added to the collective spirit of love of Helen.Thank you Dean for being there to guide, and advise, as well as ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Besoul funerals did a fantastic job of looking after our uncle when he passed away the week before Christmas. Dean was extremely kind, patient and caring. He explained everything we needed to know and was very accommodating of all our requests. His 20+ years experience enabled him to make some excellent suggestions and he also managed to sort out a livestream to about 8 families in the USA who couldn’t be with us on the day. Dean embraced our entire family during this difficult time and made this sad occasion easier for us to deal with by being present, available, kind and genuinely interested. The small personal touches and high attention to detail were noticed and much appreciated. Highly recommended!
