Awesome shuttle ride from Hamilton to Auckland Int Airport. We had a prompt courteous door to door service in a comfortable modern private shuttle for a reasonable cost. We will be using Airport Directs services when we travel overseas again.

We had a reasonably last minute request for Charlie to collect a new migrant staff member for us from Auckland Airport, and shuttle down to Te Awamutu. I enquired 36 hours before she was due to land, and the request was for a 2am pick up. This was not a problem, and all communication was quick and clear.Charlie then arrived at the airport which was in absolute disarray after a week of natural disasters in the area, because of this the airport staff were behind. It took several hours longer than planned for my staff member to get baggage and receive customs clearance.No worries for this team, who waited and ensured our staff member could get delivered safely. Strongly recommend this service.

Fantastic service - picking my sister and brother-in-law up from Auckland airport and delivering back there after 6 wees. In between, he drove us to various places (e.g. Hobbiton and sculpture park) and waited patiently for several hours. Pleasant, kind, considerate service. Wouldn't consider using any other firm.

This service is wonderful. Charlie is amazing, he waited hours for us due to flight delay, made sure we got what we needed on route to our bnb as it was a holiday with few places open and answered a million questions which helped a great deal in getting setup in our new home.
