The team and Electrify.NZ Hamilton were so friendly and helpful. From showing us how to use the bikes to allowing us a free 24 hour test run of the bike we were interested in. Dynell, was great assisting us in the bike that we wanted to purchase and threw in a few extra items and customised adjustments for us which made the value much more worthwhile. Overall service was superb and we will be back again when our free service is up! Keep up the great work :)

Fantastic service from Dee , Mike and Team at Electrify NZ Hamilton.New to E bikes they explained everything to us in great detail.Encouraged us to take a test drive and then we were hooked.Recommended the best bike for my Husband and and Myself.Purchased a E bike rack also and once again the Team were amazing and showed us how to put the rack on and then the bikes and explained everything 100 percent.Faultless service from our first test ride to picking up our new E bikes.Thank you

The service I received was the best I have ever had from any bike store in NZ, the travel over to Hamilton from Taupo is absolutely worth it, even just for the great service. I found the service was professional, informed and friendly. I had no issue at all to take a bike out for a test ride. This is my first e-bike and I've taken it out for a few trail rides now and I am 100% satisfied with the quality and performance of this e-bike

After a very disappointing deal with another bike sales shop we found Electrify in Hamilton. What a breath of fresh air! From the minute we walked in we were looked after superbly. Various options were explained and seats etc changed around to make sure we had the right combination. This is a great biking operation and I fully recommend to anyone looking for any type of bike to visit them. Thanks to the whole team at Electrify.

These guys stayed open late today so I could hire an eBike to zip out to see the Hamilton Gardens. Really fast, streamlined pick up process and Dan accompanied me to show the turn off to get onto the river trail. Cool bike! Free water and a pannier if accessories (bike lock etc). Made a quick trip (at the end of a conference day) possible, which has made my stay in Hamilton worthwhile. The eBikes for hire are step thru Dutch style bikes, so I could jump on without changing clothes etc. Totally recommend this company and the lovely owners!
