They were consistently unresponsive to my inquiries and failed to provide timely updates on my case. This lack of transparency and professionalism only added to the mounting stress and uncertainty. Very poor customer service and worst communication from sidhu and staff that i have experienced. Have to keep going to them regarding my families visa status, all they say we have done our part and now it's the immigration that needs to do theirs" without contacting immigration regarding the visa status. All they want is new customers from whom they can harvest the money and they disregard the ones who have already paid in full. Not recommended at all"
