I'm currently on step 7/17 of my night aligners to fix my minor crowding and it seems to be working so far. The changes aren't yet visually noticeable, but I can feel my teeth shifting. Looking ahead at my aligners, I should start to notice improvement in the next couple weeks.The customer service/responsiveness has been excellent thus far. I would have deducted one star for the 8 weeks it took to receive the aligners after making payment, but I had expected that from reading reviews and had mentally prepared to wait. The savings have been worth waiting for.

It took a few weeks after I sent the moulds and to have all of my retainers made. I put the first set in as soon as I got them. When I removed them, I noticed that some of my teeth were a little sore. It was effective! The discomfort would last 1-3 days. It's normal for you to move your teeth! Every time I changed my retainers, I was one step closer to having straighten teeth! I'm on my final set of retainers, which you have to wear for 6 months. I still have two more to go. My teeth are perfect, and my bite is comfortable.
