This company is rubbish. Ordered a TV which started having problems a few months later. Repeated phone calls not returned, unsatisfactory outcomes when I did speak to someone. Was promised a guy over a weekend. No one showed but did find someone had called my phone but I had missed the calls no message managementleft. said they had come on Friday. Don't think anyone came think they just didn't bother coming when phone not answered. Have heard nothing since.

Tech Xavvy have awesome awesome products and payments are very affordableI have a product manager with tech XavvyLeon parker who is a excellentProduct manager to deal with if I have any issues I contact him by phone and he is always available if he is busy then he will always call me back and deal with my concerns

To anybody who is wanting cheaps products and good quality I recommend this company is for you. I've been with them for two years and they always have great customer service, Thanks Bob for always doing great deals for us much appreciated bro.

This is scam website operated from Kolkata (India) so don't pay a penny to these scammers they will send you the fake product or they will not send you any product trust me I know about this scam so that's why I am making you aware about these scammers they will just keep taking your money and you will never get your product trust meAnd don't be fool all positive feedbacks are fake you can also see other 1 star reviews and there experience with these scammers

TechXavvy sucks they said 4 payments and item be sent.Not even it's 5weeks late

Worst experience ever. I had ordered a phone from Techxavvy and was told the the phone would be delivered after 14 payments, it's now as of today my 20th payment and I have yet to receive the phone and have tried getting in touch with them to find out what is going on. I did manage to get in touch with them a couple weeks ago and they advised me that the phone I had ordered (which was part of a deal and came with a free bluetooth speaker) was not in stock at the moment but they were expecting them in a few days. As I mentioned that was 2 weeks ago and I havent heard from them since but have since received the free bluetooth speaker that was supposed to come with the phone. It's absolutely frustrating to have to keep trying to contact them with no success and am now just wanting a refund because I'm done waiting. And will be willing to send back the speaker as it has not been opened and still in its sealed box. Absolutely disappointing and will not be dealing with them again

I have paid 1000 dollars already and still have not recieved my goods.I ordered a Samsung 9 phone which comes with a bluetooth speaker.They are making way to much money off me just for a phone I truely believe this is a very big mistake charging me 2500 for a S9FAIR GO yeah right slashing mega cash out of innocent
