Work clothes (shirts and trousers) are total rubbish. They RIP like tissue paper. Speaking to the staff , the problem is solved now. We have inserted heavier threads spaced throughout the material so the RIP won't travel. The stitching comes undone also. Warehouse has much better quality Jean's for $10.00.

When you try to phone you can only talk to the call center. ATM i am waiting and have been for 8 minutes and have gone from 8th to 4th in the queue, which I guess means I have got to wait another 8 minutes. A really useless service when all you want to do is ask someone a question about a product, that you cant find out on line - this is like saying we don't want customers to call us" in which case why advertise a number"

Only shop there because of a work account. Poor service and next to useless customer support. Over 6 months wait for a back ordered pair of workpants, with false promises every 2 weeks that they will delivered next week". Enquiring about winter jackets and have been waiting weeks for a reply from them about what they have in stock or can order in."

I got a pair of work boots here lost my receipt but only got them 3weeks prior I went into see if I could swap them or get a smaller size i had to drive in to ask these questions as they don’t answer their phone as I was inside asking questions the lady shar was very unprofessional with customer service I was dealing with a worker and as I was asking him questions shar the customer service lady was talking to another shopper standing their screwing her face up while I was asking questions it was embarrassing in front of other customers felt I couldn’t ask my questions properly overall experience was bad..shar needs to be upskilled in her politeness customer service even if she’s worked Their 50 years..shar is her name
