We had a rather large rug which we were having a lot of trouble getting a courier to transport it up to Auckland.I saw Pack& Send advertised on the Internet and rang them. Wow, what an amazing company!!They took over and managed everything for us.We were kept fully informed of what was happening with the logistics. I highly recommend them. Great company, great service, and a special thanks to Simone for her perseverance.

Needed to send a parcel to the USA which included a battery so was informed it needed to go as dangerous goods. Staff were extremely helpful.will certainly use this company again. Thanks team.

Our company has used Pack & Send Hamilton for over three and a half years to get our products out to Australia, USA and to local destinations. Up to now we have had no issues. The crew have never missed a booked collection date/time. Any international freight queries are dealt with very quick to prevent any delay in getting our product to it's final destination. Pack & Send staff in Hamilton were very helpful, they made suggestions on box sizes. Plus the process was explained & I was given advice on packing the items to stop any possibility of breakage. When I came back with the packed boxes (think the staff members name was Kurt) helped me bring them in the store. It was raining so that was so nice of him. I would recommend using the company.
