This has to be one of the best 2degrees stores in the country. The store manager Jackson is an absolute legend. I had a fairly complicated business mobile porting from spark, with multiple facets to complete. Jackson had me sorted in around 30 to 40 minutes. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and professional his service was. He even went the extra mile to contact me a couple of days later to check in and see how my additional fibre connection was coming along. Highly commend and recommend these guys!

Need a specific number. I called 2 degree customer care they told me to visit store. On visiting store they straight way denied. Very poor service

Amazing service, even the phone manner before coming into store was great, all my options were clearly explained to me, everything was super easy. Great team especially the gentleman who served me! Do recommend.

Don't recommend. Promised three months free broadband. Have contacted them more than 5 times about the fact that I'm on my first three month free. When I call them they say there's nothing to worry about, but at the same time they have people calling me to tell me they're cutting off the broadband for non-payment. As a small business I can't afford the time it takes to follow up with them over their internal mistakes.

We received excellent service a few days ago so made a 200k detour to return when my phone died. Again we received outstanding service from all staff members who went beyond our expectations to ensure we had the best phone and plans to suit our needs. Thank you all!!!

Wow what can I say. I took my brother inlaw ph in as not receiving incoming calls.I got greeted with this beautiful smiling face asking wot she could do.Honestly, (can't remember her name) but she was fantastic. Worked on phone for good 20min so cheerfully trying all different ways to fix until she did. During this she was like a encyclopedia helping and telling her co workers where things were a d how to do things while all the time working on my phone.Service was 100% and wood go back and recommend anytime
