The Gift card that I tried to use did not work at the restaurant which has advertised they do accept this specific gift card, as a result it kept on declining although it would say that the money was present on the eftpos print out. As a result I emailed the dinefind company - which they said they would issue me a refund on the gift card directly bank into my bank account. After providing them with my bank account details I did not see the refund come through- to which I then reached out to them... the person who I was emailing back and forth with called Samantha then informs me that the finance team had sent the funds to the wrong account ( one that is not mine) then apologises - then I have not heard from them since nor have they issued the refund into my bank account. They are now ignoring my emails and it has been over 6 weeks.

We were gifted a voucher, we have been to 2 restaurants that are meant to take the vouchers as per your website and been denied twice when trying to use the voucher. We are now out of pocket over $500 for 2 dinners out with our family that we thought we could use the vouchers for but haven't been able to. Not impressed.

Yesterday 1Sep 2022 your company Restaurant Association Auckland made fraudulent transaction using my Citi Credit Card for amount NZ850. Have reported to Citi bank to cancel the transaction.No way I was in NZ yesterday and past 2.5 years stay put in Singapore. Please look into the issue.

Received a gift voucher for Restaurant Association for Christmas. We are in Cambridge New Zealand and no restaurant will accept it they say they are not members and don't know anything about the company. They don't have stickers on doors to say they are members .Thank for your reply however we have been on website and tried several of the restaurants listed and all refused to accept voucher and say they don't know anything about them. Can you please send your contact details to me for refund these vouchers were purchased online in UK

We were given vouchers as an Xmas Gift.Upon approaching the first restaurant we wanted to use some of the vouchers we were advised even though their site (on Dinefind) showed they took vouchers-they Definitely did not & further more went on to tell me these 'vouchers' were not meant to be sent out anymore as they are hard to recuperate the $value.Onto using another voucher & yet another issue. Said establishment advised their name had been placed in Dinefind by error.Not sure I'd recommend...

The Restaurant Association is absolutely worth every cent to become a member. Jordan has been so outstanding with his support and guidance for the cafe. Highly recommend.

Awesome team, much better, more responsive and less hassle than the Hospitality Association. Definitely recommend
