I am not surprised why Visique Botany Optometrists has such great reviews. I visited three different optometrists to get some ideas about how the pricing works for progressive lenses for my mum. There are so many marketing gimmicks nowadays that confuse consumers. Visique Botany is the best one that gave me the most valuable information and helped me make the most informed decisions. I remember her name was Tanny. She was friendly and kind, and her explanation was detailed and thorough and made much more sense than anyone else had given me, whether small or big franchise companies. I will bring my mum for her lenses. Thank you very much.

You can train an optometrist, but not the one who helps you find the best pair of glasses to fit your facial shape and skin tone. We recently found this shop and both David (the optometrist) and Tanny (who recommended and fit our glasses) were excellent. We were most impressed with Tammy’s ability to find us a pair of glasses that we loved and her attention to detail when customising them. We went in to get my wife a new pair of glasses. We ended up getting 2 pairs for her and one for me!

Absolutely appaling customer service. Had a couple unpleasant experiences with this place and would never go back. Staff are not well trained to deal with clients.This store needs to learn to respect clients and understand parents dealing with challenging kids.I cant believe the number of times I had to request for a breakdown invoice for over $600 purchase.
