On Time Tech

This is consumer feedback re On Time Tech Whangarei NZ.How can I thank someone enough, who has given my terminally ill husband his quality of life back, with regard to listening to music on the internet via the TV?We have struggled to for a year to have someone LISTEN to us with regard to the goal to be achieved with our somewhat outdated equipment.Mac not only listened, but cared about the outcome/customer satisfaction. His attention to detail, perseverance, 'going the extra mile' to achieve a superb result, was exceptional.He also 'enabled' other functions to improve our general WiFi experience.We are eternally grateful & hope others out there, who have less than straight forward problems, seek his help. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
