I have recently completed the Turning Point course at Richard Joseph, I found the course to be worthwhile and enjoyable. The programme is designed to suit everyone from all different walks of life. Richard, Brendon, and Jack ran the course exceptionally well and encouraged everyone to get involved. There were many aspects that I was able to take away and incorporate into my personal and professional life. Would highly recommend.

I have recently participated in the RJA Leadership program. I found it most enjoyable and worthwhile. It has given me tools which I apply successfully both in and outside the work place. Applying just some of the learnt tools has enabled me to grow and better myself in so many positive ways. I have recently undertaken the RJA Leadership course facilitated by Sarah Cross. The programme itself is well designed for everybody and for most levels of leadership. I found Sarah really approachable, full of knowledge and was willing to listen to questions and encourage discussion. I have gained skills and tools to use in my role as a Team Leader within my team, but also with customers and outside of work. If you want to grow as a leader and as a person in general, I highly recommend the programme.
