After seeing first hand the staff at a papamoa site uninterested in the children, on their phones and speaking to children disrespectfully, not always supervised...I contacted the owner about my concerns, she made a planned visit to the team, and they of course where the opposite to what I had witnessed...and my concerns were disregarded. Pulled my child from their care immediately.
