Optimum Construction completed our new patio window to door swap perfectly this week.This is the 3rd improvement we've had in a year and we will keep using Mike, Ryan , Leon and the team because they:-1. Consistently produce top level work , doing the little extras that you don't know you need.2.Keep great communication, even when things go wrong/ or things change.3.Quote very reasonably. They're not the cheapest or the dearest , but the work is the best we've had.Note: I've found getting a reliable, well skilled and well priced builder in South Auckland do be very difficult to find.Stick with Mike and you won't go wrong.Aran and Sarah
