Just had our second bathroom renovation completed by Bathrooms Inc, Amazing workmanship and eye for detail, it has been 8 years since our original Bathroom reno with these guys and the quality has not dropped! This time we took Paul's advice and DID NOT use black tiles on the floor. I love my new Bathroom, Thank you Team!

Paul fit around our heavy work schedules for catch ups with how the renovation was panning.. and communicated well throughout with great back up service. Highly recommend these guys

Very disappointing nonexistent customer serviceApproximately 5 years ago Bathroooms Inc renovated two of our bathrooms.They were very professional at the time, did a great job and delivered to expectations.However, we have had ongoing issues with the shower roller bearings rusting, and the plastic coverings fading and looking very average. Please note that we have only been using water and a micro cloth to keep the shower clean. So no chemicals.I phoned this company, and actually went in and spoke to two of the employees. I also asked to speak to one of the owners as well.This has resulted in nothing!No phone calls, no followups, completely left me to deal directly with the shower suppliers called ShowerWell.They obviously could not care less about the fact that they have supplied us with a below average quality shower.ShowerWell are still selling these things today, and the bearings only last a few years if that.I believe we have realistic expectations that the shower will be good for at least 5 years, and probably 10 years is still a fair expectation considering the cost of these things.Buyers beware of these two companies.

We have been very impressed with the quality of the products supplied and the workmanship of the team. Paul was very knowledgeable and had some great advice to enhance our own ideas, creating bathrooms that exceeded our expectations.

We used Bathrooms Inc. to completely revamp both our bathrooms and they did a fantastic job. Excellent workmanship and top notch finishing - all overseen by the owner himself, who was a pleasure to deal with. Answered all queries/calls promptly and delivered all as promised. Bathrooms Inc renovated our bathroom 2 years ago. It looked lovely and we were very pleased with it. However, we have had a couple of problems since but Bathrooms Inc show absolutely no interest in dealing with them. We have phoned and called in on numerous occasions across the last 12 months but despite assurances, nothing happens. Be careful dealing with these people, their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.
