I cannot rate this service highly enough. Friendly and fun drivers (Neil & Helen), great communicators, and always on time. Plus, if you're really nice to Helen she might let you have your photo taken with Neil the Gnome (photo attached). Please use these fine folk when you're in Raglan.

Phil and Emily run a top-notch operation. I was in town on a quick eight-day conference and surf trip during which an expedited trip from AKL to Raglan was necessary to maximize work meetings and surf opportunities. Phil was a great source of knowledge from pickup--right on time at my hotel and ready to go with a cup of coffee and some local information--and our conversation yielded some great information and anecdotes about the area. He took the back roads the last half of the drive so I could get a sense of the scenery because I knew I wouldn't have a chance to venture out of Raglan after arrival to town. Quick, professional, friendly, and helpful in every capacity, as well as arranging to pick me up at a discounted rate after dropping another client at AKL. Phil even stopped at a local market so I could get some light groceries before getting into town. Legend!!!My return was with Simon, the third main player in the Raglan Shuttle family. Another lifelong surfer like Phil, we had a great chat about waves, travel, and business and he was extremely attentive to my itinerary. A top bloke just like Phil, I felt like Simon was an old friend from the second I got in the vehicle. Truly, Phil, Emily, and Simon run a top-notch operation that prides itself on professionalism and friendliness. Fantastic experience with Raglan Shuttle Service today. We contacted them this morning, they transported us to the beginning of the Mt Karioi track, then picked us up again at the Ruapuke Rd car park, which meant we could walk up one way and down the other. This was great fun, our boys ran most the way down. We rang Neil from the top and he was able to come earlier than originally planned to pick us up. He then gave us an informative 'tour' of Raglan at the end. Very friendly, reliable service, highly recommend.

Great service. We are based in Raglan and use them all the time to pick up friends and guests from Auckland airport, because otherwise its a 4 hour round trip for us. They are super friendly and accommodating, couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Raglan Shuttle more highly! Steve went above and beyond for my daughter, collecting her from Soundsplash and delivering her to Hamilton in plenty of time for her to catch her bus home. He also kindly provided snacks and water for her which was much appreciated, especially after the long wait-times at the festival! Superb service, exceptional customer care.....and with a good dose of humour thrown in the mix! Thanks again Steve :)

The most awesome shuttle company around!! Raglan Shuttles were right on time to ferry our wedding guests home after a long day and they kept the party going right to our guests door. Lovely people to deal with, we are looking for an excuse to use them again :)
