Does anyone even deliver the Leader any more? I've had a couple of expensive adverts in the Leader recently, and BOTH time the Leader hasn't been delivered in several parts of Upper Hutt. As far as I am concerned that is THEFT!

May I suggest that the recent flag referendum was flawed.The main reason for the change was that the flag was so similar to the Australian flag.So. one of the options should have been to change the background. I would have suggested blue to black but other colours could have been considered.Nothing like this appeared to have been considered.
