Nalini at Lot 8 has a different way of tasting fresh extra virgin olive oil. You participate in a degustation style tasting. Absolutely lovely food and shows ways of using the products at home to continue your experience! I'd recommend you fin out what Lot Eight has to offer! Superb

I've been following the Longevity Paradox lectin free food program since August 2020.Extra virgin olive oil is a must daily. Lott 8 has the best I've ever tried and I have lost 33 kgs using this pure unadulterated oil. Highly recommended.
