Went for a cheap phone. The guy tried to put through a phone with 256gb without asking me which was a subtle but cheeky sales trick. I had to stop him and ask for 64gb. Also, the power cable they gave me doesn’t work on any iPhone or ipad on our house. The phone was cheap though and in reasonable condition

I would have to rate this shop a very bad rating. I am a straightforward buyer, and ended up with complicated experience dealing with the staff. I personally went to their shop hoping that the camera i am looking for is there in their stock. Sadly it wasn't but this isn't the issue, talked to the sales person and told me that the camera is in their warehouse, so i went on to ask when should i expect the camera to arrive. I was adviced to call them to confirm it which i did. But the customer representative told me that it is coming. I waited and because i prompted it to be delivered i though i should make it easier for them and called them and say ill just pick it up. Knowing that it is in their warehouse. Then minutes later they call back and say that the camera is no longer available? I was given an option to buy another product but i prompted to refund cause i felt that I am being tricked into a scam. I asked for an email confirmation, but no avail i have to call multiple times. Customer service representative is quite rude and narcissistic and using delay tactics to get my refund processed. And tries to pin the issue on me. Overall untrustworthy shop. I know it will look cheaper but not worth it. Don't trust their website.

Good customer service ig but me and my brothers phone (each of which we bought here) have had their batteries expanded twice in around 7-8 months, luckily they do do free repairs but its not worth the hassle.

I was a loyal customer for over 20 years.But over the last couple of years I found my customer service deteriorating.Every purchase since then has been accompanied by all kinds of issues.I don't want to rant listing them all, but simply no longer have the energy to shop here, it's never a pleasant experience any more.

Although had original issues they have gone above and beyond to make sure these issues are fixed and have offered to do a lot more then expected ! Am very happy with out come although still believe that the trade listings should state more details on items being purchased…. Overall would recommend trade

Ordered protective glass to be applied before shipping...all good. In fact, I've bought several phones from Expert Infotech and I'll buy another one? Why? Good price, swift delivery, decent after sales service.They apologize when there is delay and some technicians, not all, give thoughtful advice on tricky questions like 'repair or throw out this old phone'...Overalll, good to have a local Auckland service.

When things go well, reviews mean nothing. I brought a phone that from factory wasn't set up correctly. I sent an email, and received prompt advice that was within hours followed up by a phonecall that walked me through some troubleshooting and corrections.Oh yeah and the handset was $150 below retail.Thanks guys. Ordered a smart watch online and chose to pick up in store. When I went in to pick it up they had already sold it to someone else and were wanting me to wait. Horrible customer service and useless as always
