This has Changed to Placemakers. Went in to get a product that bunnings didnt have in stock. Charged me double what I pay at Bunnings. I will never set foot in placemakers again. At least Rotoma came close to the price I get. My customers will have to wait until bunnings get there stock sorted.

Always friendly and ready to help. There're slips here and there but it always gets sorted. Feels they got much better since ITM sold shop to Placemakers

Out of 3 negative interactions I had with shop staff in all retailers in last 6 year, 100% were with the staff from this shop. It's like being rude and disrespectful is a hiring criteria. And to be totally fair most of their staff is very nice and helpful.
