We have just finished a 3 week trip around Tasmania. Kay arranged awesome accommodation for us on this trip. Everything went smoothly with no problems from seeing Kay initially to getting home (other than the AKL airport shambles on return which she had no control over). I highly recommend YOU Travel Bethlehem.

Sent an email and never got a price nor a reply. Eventually it was found in their junk mail 8 days later just after I posted a 1 star review. Certainly not the 5 star business they claim to be. Evidently i was accused of an outright attack on their business? Beats me?? To top it off they no longer wish to give me a quote nor do they want my custom. Our family has spent tens of thousands with their business over a period of 10 or more years I'd be happy to go somewhere else to spend my money for a business who deserves it. Turns out their 5 star business is not what it's made out to be. I'd give them a wide berth if considering booking tickets and go somewhere where the owner isn't moody and accuses customers of being wrong before finding out the cause. Extremely unprofessional.

Kay arranged a wonderful holiday for us in Rarotonga. She recommendedthat we stay in the Nautilus at Muri Beach. The accommodation was first class and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Kay also helped us with the paperwork re the Covid 19 restrictions and was very patient when we were not sure about the procedure. We had a great time in Rarotonga and will have many happy memories . My husband and I visited your shop on Monday morning to enquire about a business class trip to the UK. The woman at the desk was extremely rude, and said she could do nothing for us as my husband didn’t have his passport with him, and all the agents were busy. This was certainly not the reception we expected from a travel agent. Her manner was shocking.Fortunately I called the You travel shop in Tauranga CBD, and spoke to a lovely agent (Marie).The reception and customer service at You travel, Tauranga CBD, was exceptional in comparison to our experience at You travel, Bethlehem.
