Amazing miso based broth made by a true artisan.As they operate as a food truck, search for Miso-Ra on Facebook or other social media to find their location and times.I tried the Pork Sesame Miso Ramen today. Truly amazing!

Delicious ramen, the broth is very flavourful and the noodles are perfectly cooked. They are regularly around the various Beer Spot locations in Auckland.Highly recommend, follow on Instagram to see where they are popping up next.

Ordered Yakisoba for myself, the taste was good but very salty, I can feel my lips getting dry and flaky. My wife likes her pork sesame miso ramen. The gyoza taste like any other gyoza
