We have been going to this store from the day it opened as Countdown - Never had any issues, great friendly staff and very helpful -Just one bit of grief, since the installation of the self service area, there always seems to be a number of the machines 'out of service' and sometimes a que waiting to get to a machine - Please get them all fixed and serviced

Always very tidy and well stocked. I do get a little lost when trying to locate some items as I can't figure out the logic behind shelf placement. The majority of the shop is self explanatory though.I did prefer precious layout.

It’s a good local been going here for years. Just had a renovation so it looks nice, but I wish they would put the prices on the toilet paper!!!

Don’t enjoy shopping there. It’s seedy and not much stock especially in the ready to eat meals section. Delicatessen poorly staffed. You’re better off going to Northwest though there’s often poor stock availability there as well

I normally wouldn’t make a complaint nor leave a negative review. However, I regularly shop here and see a lot of friendly and polite staff but this time I’ve been served by very very rude and unfriendly staff so made a complaint to countdown customer service. And they said it would take three days to respond, it’s been five days with no respond.
