Bodhisattva Road Yoga
I have been attending Jude's yoga practice for a few years now. Her classes have become an essential part of my busy week, which I look forward to, and I can not miss. My physical and spiritual wellbeing have improved incredibly since attending Jude's practice. Her extensive knowledge of yoga and how it affects your body, mind, and spirit is remarkable. I highly recommend Jude's classes; you will find every session amazingly rewarding.

Jude has a wealth of knowledge and is generous in sharing it. She is passionate and committed to Iyengar yoga through her own practice and in her teaching. She strives to enable you to be your best you, both now, in 10 years and beyond. The studio is a gem. Well equiped with ‘stuff’ you can’t imagine using, but with training you will. I guarantee you will be challenged, learn much about yourself physically and mentally and leave with a sense of peace and friendship from being a part of Jude’s yoga family.

In over 20 years I have attended many yoga classes in NZ, Turkey and Australia and Jude’s teaching style is the best. Her style is Loving, firm and deeply philosophical. You must go! Norman 2023 Auckland

Jude is the best yoga teacher I have met in pass 6 years. She gives me confidence and energy everyday. I practise with her nearly everyday for the pass year. I love coming to her studio where provides quiet and nature.

Serene space in beautiful, natural setting. Jude's yoga classes are always meticulously thoughtful, & individually tailored no matter what state you are in. They are crucial to my health & wellbeing, & my body and mind always thanks me for attending class :-)

I can highly recommend Jude as a yoga teacher. Yoga has not only helped my body, it has helped with my anxiety and stress. I have learnt to breath and be mindful. Jude manages the class to suit each individual, wheather you have an injury or a beginner. She is always mindful of each individual. Jude offers clear precise instruction on assanas making them achievable . I highly recommend jude as a safe practitioner . Her energy and kindness makes every session rewarding and fun. Give it a go
