Now 11:52pm, several road rollers are still operating in their place, cause low frequency vibration noice made resonance of my house. I called noise control they said they already issue $500 fine there was nothing they can do more; I called police, police asked me to call noise control. Tonight is my most helpless moment in New Zealand.

Totally inconsiderate for the neighbourhood. Making loud noises sometimes from 5:30 am and from evening to the middle of night. Impossible to work from home without wearing a headphone during daytime. The whole house is shaking because of heavy machinery. Really don’t understand why they are allowed to operate so close to the residential area.

Staff member Vanessa Gerraty appears to have a somewhat toxic attitude to both trans people and NZ from her unpleasant comments on FB. If that’s the attitude chosen to represent the company I certainly won’t be buying from ITM. Very disappointing to see that attitude in a service industry.

We went here during the week looking for untreated wood for a project. They didn't have what we needed but the guy told us to come back on Saturday and they would rip-cut a couple of pieces of larger wood for us. Went back on Saturday and the Manager said No
