We used Transworld for our move from NZ to UK and are very pleased with the service we received. Mike was very helpful explaining the documentation, what was required and the process and the packing team were very professional. We received our shipment recently with everything intact, no damages whatsoever. Thanks to everyone at Transworld for making the move go really smoothly for us.

Used Transworld to ship my belongings from NZ to U.K. Reasonably priced and brilliant communication from Karen in NZ.Items were collected and boxed fast and efficiently and arrived in the U.K. immaculately 2months later! Delivery co in the U.K. also fast and efficient (White & Company) with good comms. Almost beat me home. Will use again if I move back! Far better than my experience from the U.K. to NZ using a U.K. removal company. Thanks!

I just wanted to share that our boxes were delivered at 8.30am on Monday morning, to our door. Only one item got broken, so we are pretty thrilled with that result.The service from your team, your timeliness, your professionalism and the seamless sync with your partners in this side, have been outstanding. It was just so easy. From contacting you with an inquiry a few days before Christmas, to collection on 5 January.... delivered to the door in Italy on Monday 31 March. I would highly recommend the team at Transworld, from the very first call I had they have been nothing but helpful and amazing. We have used Transworld during lockdown to move from NZ to Europe and all the I can say that Transworld Tauranga is the best moving company in everything ( professional, kind and very reasonable price).Karen in the office is amazing and very professional. An international move is stressful to say the least. We moved a half container from Greece to NZ and couldn't be happier with the service that Transworld provided. They were quick on their email responses, very professional on the phone and even managed to deliver our items earlier than expected. We would very much recommend this company.

Moving countries is stressful. I've had Transworld move me more than once and they've always been good at communicating, responsive and professional. The delivery guys were fast. They had to contend with some seriously heavy trunks, getting them up stairs and into an apartment. Big ups there.

My partner and I are more than happy with the service we received in a time of crisis for us. We had to move suddenly from our home due to a land slip. Transworld came to our rescue with an amazing team of excelent strong men. I could see they are a well oiled machine and all of the guys woreTransworld uniforms. They worked flawlessly as a team. Emilio Kilgour, Operations Supervisor, was the best of the best. He kept me calm and updated me on every issue. The team of Josh, Neil, and Louie were fun to know over the four days they worked for us. Each one of them wrapped and packed up everything carefully and so much attention to detail was shown. Nothing but care was shown. During our pack up the weather wasn't too kind to us and threw rain at us sporadically. The team worked smart and adjusted their strategy to make the most of the weather.
