From my experience they don't even deserve 1 star, but it was the minimum I could post. I took a weed eater in to get some springs for the pull start. Super easy to replace the springs with an ellen key. The guy behind counter insisted they had to do it and it would be a 3-4 week wait. I therefore went to the next huskvana shop who supplied me with the springs for $8 that were super easy to install myself. These guys in Kumeu are not only dishonest but think it's their right to make you wait a long time and then rip you off for an extremely simple job you can do yourself. I'll NEVER return.

My partner's dad took our weed eater in to replace the pull cord. He was given an estimate of no more than $100. On pick up he was told the bill was $327.00 which he unfortunately paid. The excuse was he later found a crack on the outside which we know wasn't there when he took it in. We were extremely upset over this and won't be returning ...

Spent a fair few thousand here over the years.To their credit they do have some serious hardware on sale.My last couple of buys ended up being a bit of a nightmare so I did move on.Otherwise if you're local, or wider local area, then this is a good place to stop in for quads, weed eaters, & the likes.Easy parking, good location easy enough getting in & out onto the highway.Cheers.

I phoned and ordered a new transmission belt for my ride on mower and when the belt arrived I asked if it could be couriered to my home. Kumeu Chainsaw & Mowers went one better than couriering it to me and delivered it to my work free of charge! I was flippen stoked! I would not expect this service every time but this kind of service really makes me feel valued as a customer. I will be returning to this same shop again for sure.
