Great customer service!!As we had to cancel our cruise due to me getting pregnant and the cruise company we were travelling with having a cut off period, Our Cruise made it simple and easy for this to happen, lots of communication and they did all the hard work for us.Will happily use again once we can cruise again.Thanks

A huge thank you to Nirmala and the group at OurCruise. My recent trip to Europe involved Air, Land and Sea travel. It was complicated even more when dramas unfolded in Brussels, my arrival City. Nirmala was on to it immediately to make alternate arrival arrangements and train tickets to my final destination. To travel alone can often be a daunting prospect, but I knew , should anything untoward happen, my Agent was just a text away and things would be put right.
