What an excellent customer service this shop has. I wanted to purchase fitted sheets on Black Friday but there were none in the right colour. Lisa has moved heaven and earth to find two pairs of white fitted sheets in the country, and they are being shipped up from Invercargill as we speak. I have had phonecall updates and texts throughout the who process to keep me in the loop. Lisa your manner and care for the customer feels like 'good friend's treaent. Thank you. Glenys

Couldn't find a particular item I wanted, staff member did not know when likely to be in stock again, which wasn't very helpful. Also several piles of flattened cardboard packaging left lying on the floor which I had to walk over to get to what I wanted.

I phoned from Auckland asking about a comforter I am dying to buy but only Whakatane branch have this on stock. I was assisted by 2 ladies who were simply awesome, their customer service is excellent, the transaction went smoothly despite the fact that this was done on the phone, I received my item in just 2 days. The comforter is beautiful, very satisfied customer here. I must also credit BB&B Westgate for assiting me locate the whereabouts of this only stock left. Brilliant coordination. Thank you BB&B Whakatane for the great shopping experience- highly recommended!
