Wide range of food available, with friendly staff happy to help you along the way. Plenty of parking and easily accessible. Very reliable for when I need to buy groceries.

I'm getting more tired of shopping here. The store itself is great, I like the range of food compared to the smaller store. However, I don't appreciate the women at self checkout asking if I'm going to pay for my daughters kinder surprise. We regularly get them for treats and it's the last thing I scan so my daughter isn't sobbing while waiting but somehow they seem to think I'm trying to steal a $2 item which to me is ridiculous, we always pay for everything, seems pointless stealing something of little value. Just hate being treated and looked at like I'm a thief.. I get this store has had their struggles with theft but it's tiring feeling accused when I did nothing wrong.

As usual higher prices, the fake premise of a discount with the inclusion of the one card. Seriously pack n save can't open quicker right opposite them...

Terrible customer service from a checkout operator. I asked for a One NZ top-up voucher but she gave me a Paysafecard voucher. No staff member can help resolve the issue. I have to pay for the mistake I did not make and cannot find a way to use that stupid voucher.

Unfortunately, the checkout operators insist on overpacking bags every time. They need to understand that when dealing with older people, they cannot lift very heavy bags. Have to tell them this every time, often 2 or 3 times during an order being bagged. Also, unable to accept any feedback, including the above without becoming defensive. Looking forward to some more competition in the area

Sad to find out that expired meat is not reduced to people can buy it, instead of it being dumped in the bin. Make it cheaper a day before expiry. You putting health and safety of a few people above the lives of many. No common sense. Waste.

bought 3 face towers and 2 hand towers, young male white cashier ask us how many hand tower was there. We said 2 and he enter 3. When we told him he made a mistake in 10 seconds he is already off duty and ask ask us to go to another Indian girl staff who count hand tower in our trolley, she figured out is 2 and refund our cash for the extra hand tower we have been charged with apology and smile. this is the only Countdown we experience poor math and poor sight cashier below Primary school level
