I had 2 simple nail repairs performed at this business that took less than 10 mins + cost $20 - pretty expensive given a more complicated nail repair at a central Wellington salon recently cost $6. Despite an online price check for Jojo's Richmond salon quoting $10 for one nail repair and $15 for two, when I spoke to Richmond Jojo's Owner today she was totally unwilling to compromise re her charge. I will not be using this Salon in future: the repair, cost and customer service/communication was very disappointing.

Jojo’s came to my rescue after a very disappointing appointment with another beauty salon in the morning. When i called to make an appointment they were very accommodating and seen me straight away. Great communication with staff, made me feel very relaxed and produced pretty nails for my wedding a few days later.

Young lady did most of my nails, all are slightly different shapes, asked for almond. Missing lots of the side, sides look rough. Was given heaps of recommendations for this place. Felt like we were bothering them, felt like they were doing a quick job to get us out. Some nails have bumps in them, friends mail has a hair. Paid :$68 which is good pricing

Lovely and accomidated us even though we booked, but didn't realize art of extra time as am not beauty mum at all ,it was for my daughter's Christmas and i didnt want to disappoint her . Even though they were busy they managed too do it .Even under stress .so that was absolutely wonderful of them and the week before they did a marvelous job on my others daughters nails for her year 8 graduation. EXCELLENT PLACE EXCELLENT SERVICE .10 OUT 10

My time at Jojo's was perfect from start to finish. I was greeted by a super lovely and accommodating lady at the door and the atmosphere was so friendly, even their clients were lovely! The gorgeous girl that did my nails was amazing and very hardworking. So skilled yet so quick - although I never felt like it was a rushed job as my nails are just what I wanted. Such an incredible business for only being run by 2 staff and I couldn't praise them enough. Thank you ladies!!
