I can't rate the service given by the Irrigation Wharehouse highly enough, it is simply awesome. The advice and support I recieved was superb. Thanks heaps for all the help.

Friendly fast service team

We needed assistance programming an automated watering controller with a faulty display, and whilst many would’ve fobbed us off and made us spend another $500 for a new one, Lucinda(?) took her lunchtime to program it for us, and even three some new batteries in. All FREE OF CHARGE!!! We took some baking in to say thanks, we struggle finding service like this any more!

The Irrigation Warehouse designed a really great system to water my whole garden. Dean, who did the install, even took the time to future-proof the system as plants grew and explained how I could add into it in the future if I wanted to. The only thing I found was that the timer was quite difficult to screw on and off - the hose seemed cut a little short and it wasn't easy to line up all the three parts that had to screw in. I'd suggest if you get a timer checking you can manage this part at the time of the install as it took some time for TIW to come back and sort this for me. They then sent me an additional invoice for the fix. We finally agreed I would just pay for the extra parts, which was appreciated.

Nick and Tim sorted me out with same day sevice quoted, order packed ready to pick up with some helpful advice also. Winner winner.
